Omentum removal due to Ovarian cancer

When I had a to Hysterectomy In June 2012 they also removed the Omentum and ever since then have had this strange feeling in my stomach I guess the best way to describe it is Hunger Pains and I feel full up to my throat has anyone else experienced this? I think my Dr thinks I am CRAZY it is VERY VERY annoying
