Ovarian Cancer or something else?

I am 39 and had a tubal ligation done about 6 years ago.  Lately I have noticed a lot of problems in my lower abdominal region.  I often feel full after a few bites of food and when I do eat a full meal, my lower obdominal region gets distended.  I have frequent heartburn, gas and burping.  I also feel queezy, almost like I am about to vomit, but I don't.  At first I thought it might be gastricparesis, where the stomache is slow to empty, but then I noticed another symptom.  When I have one of these episodes, my uterus is hard as a rock.  I have no abnormal bleeding and my periods are fairly regular and about the same heaviness and duration each month.  Nothing has changed in that area.  Any ideas?

Got an appointment for Thursday.  Pain has been sharp on the right side, but not throbbing.  I can feel the top of what appears to be my uterus through my belly button.  Still very hard even when I am lying down flat.  My mom is worried about an ectopic pregnancy since I had a tubal ligation and she had an ectopic pregnancy before I was born.  I will update after doctor.

Go to the doctor and ask for an ultrasound test first. Then proceed from there. It could be anything but you have to find out what this is. Feeling that full after a meal is not normal. Do it as soon as you can.

Good luck and let us know how it goes.
