Ovarian Cancer vs Adhesions or Endometreosis

I have been experiencing lower right side pain and pelvic pain.  It mimics appendicitis. I had an ultrasound done ovary looked healthy but was as the person said doing the ultrasound stuck like super glue in place.She said if you got your fingers stuck together with super glue that is the way the ovary was stuck to the wall. The left ovary was hiding behind the bowel.  I had my gallbladder out 9 mths ago so I know this pain is not related to gallbladder.  I had a partial hysterectomy 2 yrs ago and so I am terrified of Ovarian Cancer, my Aunt passed away at 38 with ovarian cancer. I am having lots of fatigue and a extreme change in bowel habits, I am constipated and am having a  hard time moving on my own. I am also exeriencing lower back pain n the right side. I am having the right ovary removed on Thursday and I am so concerned about waking up and finding out that it is cancer.  What are the chances of this happening or does this sound classic adhesions?
