Ovarian Cancer?

Hi I'm not english so I'm sorry for my bad spelling..... I have been having stomich problem for few months now, I was always bloated on and off and also was constipated, I did have a colonoscopy and the dr saw nothing wrong and month ago they looked into my stomach too because I've been waking up in the night and can't sleep because there seems to be so much pressure in my stomach and also I can't eat much before I'm so full that my stomach hurts and it feels like I have eaten a horse or something...but everything looked fine in my stomach too, but the dr gave me some gastrointestinal pills but they haven't helped..

Now I am always bloated, I have nausea...I've been having some pain in my left side, It hurts when I breath deeply and also when I'm moving around...these last weeks I can't lay on my left side when I go to sleep because I get so much nausea...I have a lot of gas in me and my stomach is like he's full of air or something.
I also have been having diarrhea and that's not like me, I've always had regular period but now there were only one week apart from my period...and that happened in december too.
I've been feeling so tired these last few weeks and months....maby because I'm always waking up because of these pressure feeling in my stomach....

I called my gyn last week and he was talking about it could be a cyst?  But wanted to wait and see if I get better...I have to admit that I am worried...I'm 36 years old and wanted to ask you if you think this could be ovarian cancer?
The nausea isn't always but on and off, the loss of appetite and the amount I can eat seems to stay they same every day and my stomach is bloated...

Hi there,
thank you so much for your question. And your English is perfect .
I have a silly question, have you checked a pregnancy test? i assume that pregnancy has been ruled out?

if so- you need a CT (CAT) scan of the abdomen. An ultrasound of the pelvic will check for ovarian cysts but it sounds like your symptoms are all upper abdominal.  A CT scan will look for abnormal fluid around the abdomen. It will evaluate your liver, gallbladder, spleen and pancreas. It will also give information about the outside surfaces of the stomach and intestines.

There has been attention to the importance of certain symptoms in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer.

from a recent paper:

Combining a Symptoms Index With CA 125 to Improve Detection of Ovarian Cancer

Cancer. 2008 August 1; 113(3): 484–489.

"Women reporting symptoms of pelvic or abdominal pain, bloating, increased abdominal size, difficulty eating, or feeling full quickly >12 times per month that have occurred for 80% of women with early-stage disease.

Please bring this information to your doctor's attention. Please let us know how you are doing.

Hi thank you so much for your answer, I know I'm not pregnant because I just finnished my second period just this month, they were just one week apart and that is the second time in few months that does happen...my period are very heavy and there are some blood clots.

My pain in my left side is where my hip is and just above, When I woke up this morning it hurt a lot to pee the pain in the side increased alot, also I have diarrea which is very unusual for me...My poo floats in the toilet water which is strange too because I´m usually so constipated that it falls down to the bottom of the toilet, don't know if this matter just want to tell you about everything that has changed.

I'm having a hard time eating because I don't have any appetite also I feel full quickly so I force my self to eat few bites.
I'm so fatigued all the time...

I was thinking about going to the emergency room this morning after I peed because it hurt so much in my left side but I took some ibuprofin and the pain is a little bit better, I peed again but then it didn't hurt so I'm going to wait for my appointment with me gyn which is to morrow, I'm going to ask him about these test you pointed out, I'm just so tired of feeling so crappy, it affects my daily life and I'm tired of going to doctors that haven't listen to me because my symptoms are all getting worse.

But again thank you so much, your answer helps a lot....

I forgot one thing I also have bad taste in my mouth on and off it's like a metal taste or something...also the reason for I'm wondering what to do is the symptoms aren't all constantly ongoing...sometime it's only the nausea and the bloated stomach, also the diarrhea can come and go but the loss of appetite is almost always every day, though maby I can eat one and one meal like a normal person.
I'm over weight but have been loosing weight though I haven't been trying too which is very much not like me.
