Ovarian Cyst vascular flow

My pelvic ultrasound says complex cystic mass in the right ovary, within the cyst is a second smaller cyst with vascular flow within the near septated wall. Ovary measures 3.2x3.9x2.6cm., cyst measures 3.2x2.0x3.2.
I do not know what any of this means. I have pain and bloating feeling, nasius. Does this sound like a cancerous cyst?

I have the same questions. I've been nauseated and bloated for a month and it isn't like me. I don't know the size of my complex cyst. I also have a thickened endometrial lining. I'm 45 and haven't had a period for two years until this past week. That's what sent me to the doctor. I'm waiting more test results and a little nervous.
