Ovarian Cyst

I am 21 years old and have a right ovarian cyst (44mm x 43mm x 36mm)with surrounding normal tissue. There is no free fluid seen in the Pouch of Douglas. What does this mean?
Also the cyst is bilocular and avascular on Doppler exam. What does this mean?
Finally to what size can a benign cyst grow before any danger to the ovary? If the cyst is surgically removed how will this affect my prospects of having children?

I was Diagnosed with an 8cmX8cmC5cm cyst on my right ovary after having gone for an Ultrasound. The cyst is "complex", i guess meaning that it is hard. I do have to have it surgercally removed along with my tube. Before finding this I was a regular patient at the Gyno, going every 3 months for check ups. generally they did the Pelvic exam every visit. Should this have been found before it reached this size and i lost my tube? how long does it take for these to grow? What is the likly hood that i will loss my ovary as well?
