Ovarian Platinol Resistant CA Stage 3C, Please Help

My mom was diagnosed in March of 09 with Metistedic Stage 3C Ovarian CA. After having a complete hysterectomy, and 8 months worth of Chemo (cisplatin/taxol) it has been found that she is Platinum resistant and we have run out of options. She is not responding to any chemo, and surgery has been ruled out by almost 7 doctors in 5 different states. Her tumors have grown back (those that they removed in march of 09), she has already had most of her omentum taken out. She is 58 years old, and every dr has said that she has about 4-6 months left to live. I am desperately seeking help because we have no where else to turn. Every option that seems to be out there is platinum based and her body is resistant to it. She is a nurse and she is losing faith, and I don't know how else to help her. Is there anyone out there that knows someone, or is someone that has run into the same problem, that is platinol resistant, and has found another option of treatment other than surgery? She is even being turned away from clinical trails..
