Ovarian cancer symptoms

For the past 3 months I have had symptoms which are concerning to me of ovarian cancer.  I am gassy, have had alternating bouts of being constipated and then having diarrhea.  I have cramping in my upper abdomen and pain in my mid to upper back.  After I eat my stomach bloats for a little while and I go through spurts where I have to urinate more frequently but that comes and goes.  I have also lost 13 pounds over the course of 4 months.  I had a ct scan of abdomen and pelvis in March and then again in July and both were clear and I also had a transvaginal ultrasound in July to look at ovaries and that was clear.  I had a colonoscopy August 1st and they only found mild internal hemorrhoids.  Are those two tests enough to rule out ovarian cancer?  Also, in May I had my yearly pelvic exam.

Your tests sounds very reassuring. In general, that is the extent of the evaluation. For people with unexplained pain, sometimes a diagnostic laparoscopy is considered.
