Ovarian cancer

I had a laparoscopy with right ovarian cyst, ovary and tube removal. The pathology report returned with the endometrial ovarian cancer 1.1, graded 1c. No mets noticed. Surgeon sugested the total hysterectomy with uterus, left ovary and tube, lymphnodes and abdominal fat removal. Very emotional. can somebody gime me advise what to do? Maybe some additional tests have to be done to show signs of mets?
