Ovarian cough?

My mom just went in last week to her dr at standford her ca125 went from 200 to a little over400  in 2 months they put her on cemo pills 8 a day for 12 days straight anyone exspirenced that ? Also she has a persistant cough it's been 3 weeks I don't like it.... However her dr listened to her lungs and said all is clear but I think sh should get a scan she hadn't had one in 2 years has anyone exsperienced that? 2 years ago she was diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian has been on treatment since ..... She started with a ca125 of 2200 she has come a long was and is a tough cookie I just worry about her and her cough!!!

she needs a whole body scan(pelvic, abdomen and chest).  Plese keep push her dr to have a scan if she hasn't had it for 2yrs with stage 4. Not accepted at all.
