Ovarian cyst and raised CA125

I have had an ovarian cyst for 5 years now, diagnosed at the start of my first pregnancy. (I now have 3 children from 3 pregnancies).  The cyst grows with each pregnancy and then shrinks afterwards. It was so small after the birth of child no. 2 the hospital decided to record it as 'resolved'.

However, after the birth of my last child 10 months ago the cyst ( or possibly a new one!) remained constant in size, although not large.
I had an appointment today which I found quite confusing.  The cyst has grown slightly since May to just over 5 cm and my CA 125 has risen from 18 in 2003, to 43.
At the start of the consultation I was told I needed my cyst removed - which would happen within the next 6 months -  and possibly the ovary, but by the end of it I was told it was fine to get pregnant ( with the 4th and last!), left with a scan appointment for 6 months time and a request for a further CA125 in 5 and a half months.
(I have nagging pain at the site of the cyst and the odd painful twinge, but nothing really bad.)
I have come away feeling unsettled and confused.  I do not particularly want surgery but if there is a chance of a problem I would be much happier to just have cyst taken out. I am also wary of going ahead with another pregnancy in case they do find a problem in six months time, but do not want to wait too long before conceving. (we had planned to in the new year.)
Your advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Thanks for your comments and advice.
I have been back in touch with the registrar who has agreed on an earlier blood test than planned and has spoken to the consultant again on my behalf.  I am also awaiting an apointment with my doctor where I hope to arrange another (sooner) scan before we make any firm decisions.
Thanks again.

Please, think about your health, and try to get this cyst sorted out, asap. As you are now getting more pain could you see a doctor or gyn? The last thing you need, is to get pregnant again - when, you are already struggling, with a painful cyst. If CA125 is raised on next test - plse tell doctor you are worried, and that you need this sorted out. As you will have already, realised - Stress - causes almost as much pain, as surgery, in the end? I am not a doctor, but something just does not sound right. Agreed, this may be a new cyst. I have had my fair share of them. Having had one removed, when 4 months pregnant, this also nearly cost me, a pregnancy. I say this only to help you, make a decision. Good Luck and take Care! foreverfriends1

I would def not get pregnant again until this is resolved.  Also sounds like a 2nd opinion should probably happen.
