Ovarian pain and indigestion

Hi,

I am a 26 year old female that has been experiencing right ovarian pain for the past 5 months along with severe indigestion and gas.

I have received an ultrasound scan which came back normal but with some free fluid found in the pelvis which the doctor thought may have indicated a cyst that had burst (about 10 days before the scan I had very severe pain in my right ovary which may point to that). However, the pain has not gone away and it is some months later.

I have also had very severe acid indigestion for 6 months which is not clearing up even after taking 40mg of Omeprazole daily for the past 4 months.

I have recently also suffered from constipation (although I do suffer from IBS so this could be related to that) and in the past week have been getting mild cystitis. I am really concerned that this is something serious as I know that these are similar to the symptoms of ovarian cancer, yet my doctor doesn't appear to be worried about it because of the results of the ultrasound.

I am not feeling any tireder than normal and have not experienced any weight loss or any other types of symptoms. Do I have anything to be worrying about? Should I be asking for further tests?

hi im no medic but for peice of mind i would deffinitly ask for more test s my mum as fot ovarian cancer she had numerous of tests, it might be something quite simple to treat but dont leave it
