Ovarian ultrasound test

Could you please help me understand this..Test was done in USA.. Now going to have biopsy maybe if docs feel needs to be done up here in Canada. Going on January 19..but would like to under what this test means so don't walk in blinded ..Finding :
  Transvaginal ultrasound demonstrates and anteverted heterogenous uterus with endometrial thickness of 0.59 cm. Two solid myometrial masses were noted consistent with uterine fibroids in the 1-3 cm range.
   Conclusion: Two myometrial fibroids in an anteverted uterus with endometrial thickness of 0.59 cm. Would recommend correelation with endometrial biopsy..
   Doctor here read that ..but says might not need a biopsy he will know when he sees me ..Are they any other signs your body goes thru that would make them think you might have ovarian cancer..I'm 51 going thru memp.and can't take nothing for it from the docs.test was set up cause I was without a period for about 2 years than had a couple but a year apart

It doen't sound like ovarian because they are only mentioning your uterus.  It sounds as if they want to rule a an endometrial cancer verses benign fibroids.
