I would be more worried about having the cyst removed than getting pregnant if I were you. There is a separate forum for womenWomen's way's health and pregnancy issues.
You can still get pregnant with one ovary, but only if your healthy enough to.
By having the cyst removed, (even with the ovary), you are taking care of your body so that you can decide whether or not to get pregnant afterward.
