PET Scan?

I have been told I most likely have metastatic ovarian cancer, given CT, ultrasound and CA-125 findings.  In October 2003 I had 5 liters of bloody fluid drained which was not analyzed, and does not seem to be reaccumulating.  I have been refused biopsy.  I have decided not to be treated.  However, there is still some doubt in my mind, as I think I may actually have endometriosis/adhesions.  They saw "omental caking" on the CT.  I'm wondering if a PET scan may be able to differentiate this from adhesions/loculated fluid in adhesions/endo.  I got some info from a PET company that said that it may be able to do so, unless the disease is small/seeding, rather than tumor.  My question is this -- what constitutes "omental caking"?  Is it actual tumor, or is it more the seeding, which the PET would not be able to differentiate?

Just reread the above -- where I said "some doubt in my mind" it should read "some doubt in my mind that I actually have ovarian cancer."

hi, i don't have ovarian cancer but recently had a mole removed because the change in texture and shape. the pathology came back that it was totally beningh(spelling?)but the doctor told me that it was the kind of lesion that if left alone to get bigger it would have turned cancerous. does this mean that i have a greater chance of developing skin cancer because i have like 20 to 30 moles on each arm(all pretty small). i am only 21 and am really scared.please anything anyone has to say would be great.
