Pain managment

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone else who is in relapse and is advanced is having pain and how are you dealing with it? I have extreme hip and leg pain believed to be caused by a tumor pushing on nerves. It is worsing as time passes. The pain has even landed me in the hospital. The pain keeps me awake at night. Sometimes it hurts so bad I can't even sit on the toilet unless I have to. It is like a charlie horse that never goes away. The doctor told me yesterday that I have a irritated nerve and imcreased my dose of Lyrica. He also increased my narcotic - 30mg 4 times a day of Hydromorph contin. Anyhow I get CT scan results today which should show what is causing all this pain. Can anyone say radiation please!!!!!
ANYHOW if you are in pain, please tell me how you are handling it!!!

I am sorry that you are suffering and experiencing such horrible pain.  I hope that the doctors are able to come up with a way to manage your pain.  I have no suggestions or words of wisdom that I can offer.  Just want you to know that I am thinking of you.
