Pathology report

I had my ovary and fallopian tube removed recently. One aspect of the pathology report confused me, specifically the ovary, it did not say on the report consistent with endometriosis (as other parts of the pathology from elsewhere did) it said "multiple cystic follicles, foci of recent and remote hemorrhage and multinucleated giant cells in association with calcifications" my Dr told me after he reviewed the pathology that this was endometriosis... my concern is that there seem to be some cell changes there might be a precursor for other things. It makes me nervous because my remaining ovary is not without symptoms. A google search associated multinucleated giant cells and ovary with cancer.
