Pelvic and Leg Pain

I have been having really sore crampy pains on my left side near my ovaries and the pain tends to shoot down my leg and into my knee. I don't have any problems going to the bathroom, no bleeding and no other odd symptoms. However, I do have pre-cancerous cells. My doc. apt. is about a month away and I'm curious if this is all connected or something else.

I have this same symptoms.  Pain only on my left side, shooting down my leg with precancerous cells.  Did you ever find anything out?
