A couple of years ago I had a transvaginalTransvaginal ultrasound ultrasound done and havent followed up any more with it but have alot of abnormal bleeding. results showed a solid mass on ovary . ovary was enlargedEnlarged adenoids Enlarged prostate, no free fluid, smooth margins, should i be concerned? i am 29 years old.
Again, you should follow up asap. Is there a reason you did not follow up a couple of years ago? What have the doctors who were involved advised you to do? The only way to know for sure if it is benignBenign ear cyst or tumor Benign positional vertigo or not, is to have them do a biopsy on the mass. You should see a GYN/Oncologist for the surgery.

I lost my job so i dont have health insurance anymore. Thats why i never went back. The doctor i followed up with before said there was a possibility it was a cyst with a blood clotBlood clots and would just go away. He said to come back in about three months and see if it was still there, and i never went back. He said he could manually feel the mass, yet anytime I have had a papPap smear Pap smears and cervical cancer since then the doc i see now has never felt it and I havent told her that they found the mass, because im afraid she will tell me i have to have it checked out again and im kinda scared they might find that its still there.
Its just aggravating when you go to a doctor and because you are only 27 years old at the time he makes it out like its nothing to worry about because you are young.
