Please tell me the truth

I recently found out that I have a rt renal cysts, a large adnexal/ovarian cystic mass (10 x 6.5cm) with inferior septation. no ff whatever that means......... small left ov follicles. and bulky uterine cervix with decrease attenuation. 0405h........ Please if at all possible explain this to me, I'm despreate to know the truth I don't know if I should allow them to take my ovaries out? I have never had children and I really want to.....I'am 33 years old and have no family! It traumatic for me to know the I won;t be able too..Please advise if there is something else I can do? I would really appreciate your help with this matter. I feel like everyone is hiding the truth from me.....What does this all mean is it cancer? Please please please help me.......
