Possible ovarian cancer

For the past 3 months I have had symptoms which are concerning to me of ovarian cancer.  I am gassy, have had alternating bouts of being constipated and then having diarrhea.  I have cramping in my lower abdomen (the feeling like I am going to get my period) and pain in my lower back.  I go through spurts where I have to urinate more frequently but that comes and goes.  I had a ct scan of abdomen and pelvis in July and both were clear and I also had a transvaginal ultrasound in July to look at ovaries and that was clear.  Are those two tests enough to rule out ovarian cancer?  Also, in May I had my yearly pelvic exam.

If there were no masses, tumors or cysts found on or around your ovaries, then I doubt very much it could be ovarian cancer.

Could it be IBS, crohns or some other bowel related issue??

Please push  your GP to find out what is going on.

Good luck to you.
