Possibly Cancer?

I have not felt well for approx. 7 months. I have inconsistant bowel movements, pain in my right side, swollen, hard and tender to the touch abs and I experience days when I feel so tired and dizzy along with feeling like I have to vomit. I have had a complete gastro workup including CAT scan, MRI, Ultra sounds to check the liver, gallbladder, pancreas, uterus , colonoscopy and a laparoscopy. The only things found a a small cyst on my liver, (2) 3cm fibroids in the uterus and nothing more. My first CA125 test was at 64. Three weeks latter it was at 75 and one month after that is was at 72. My gyno is now referring me to an oncologist. I'm tired of feeling alful and I'm know my poor husband is tired of hearing me complain even though I try not too. It's an uncomfortable feeling that is constant. I've had people tell me that it's all in my head but it's hard to ignore a stomach that looks like I'm three months pregnant and an elevated CA125. I keep things to myself now but am truly exhausted. What do you think?
