Pregnancy after JGCT surgery

Hello,

I am Tulsi das from India,My Situation here is " My Wife got diagnosed with Juvenile Granulosa cell tumor - Stage IA / IC ( even Doctor is Confused, Peritoneal fluid is negative for malignancies , Mitotic is 3/10 HPF, Lymph nodes negative for spread), and her doctor removed one of her ovary, No further Treatment ( Chemo / Radiation). now after 13 months of Surgery, she got pregnant.

1. Is it safe to have pregnancy during this period?
2. Have you know patients who has given birth after JGCT?
3. What tests we need to take on regular basis?

Kindly give your opinion

Best Regards and Thanks
Tulsi Das
