Premature Ovarian Failure

A infertility doctor at Mass General twelve years ago mentioned a concern about me being at higher risk of ovarian cancer due to my premature ovarian failure. Any new information on this?
Is there any research that shows a link between premature ovarian failure and ovarian cancer?
Am I at higher risk having been in perimenapause in my late twenties, diagnosed with premature ovarian failure at 34, and in menopause before 40?
I have been experiencing pain in my ovary area on and off for several years. I have almost all of the other "whispering" symptoms I read about today on a site that I linked to from this one.  My CA125 test is normal. An ultrasound shows a small cyst on my ovary which my obgyn told me is nothing of concern.
Any information or insight would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks for all the help and hope that you offer to many people.
