Questions about MRI

I have my MRI films here and have looked at them. The mass on the right is almost i/2 way across my pelvis in width. It's a decent size. i can clearly see my pubic bone, bladder, uterus, and the mass. I see at least two small masses within the uterine wall. The mass itself has a few bumps (cysts?) on it. It is not transluscent white like the bladder. It is opaque whit kind of like bone but different. What might this mean? I 'm going to assume that this complex mass (according to U/S) is not made of water. Is this correct? The films are really interesting. I'm glad A&P in college came in handy. LOL
