What is the largest size ovarian mass that can be removed via "da vinci" surgery?

You have to be more worried about having a large cyst in the first place. If its so big it cant be removed with the di vinci it could be a cancer. In that case you want your doctor to get everything out and do biopsies on surrounding tissues and lymph nodes. Also ovaries with large cysts can adhere to surrounding tissues. Have you had an MRI or a CT scan?
