Radiology Report Clarity

Hi, I am a 40-year-old woman with 4 children.  I was on fertility medication for 10 years and my mother has breast cancer.  I have been experiencing right lower abdominal pain with pain radiating down my leg and in the right groin area.  Could you please help me with the interpretation of the following ultrasound report?  It reads:  Multiple transabdominal as well as transvaginal images demonstrate bladder to be moderately distended.  Right adnexal cystic mass overall measures nearly 6 cm with a very thick irregular septation.  Could represent two adjacent cysts which are abut 3 cm in diameter both cystic masses clearly not a simple cyst as it has some internal echoes giving a somewhat lobulated appearance to each of the walls.  No free fluid seen.  Impression: Mixed 3 or 4 cm mass.  Differential could include ovarian carcinoma, neoplasm, tubal ovarian abscess, hydrosalpinx, etc.  Any clarity you could offer would be most appreciated.  Thanks :)
