Reason for fluid in Cul de sac

only 03 months has passed to my marriage. yesterday i feel pain in lower abdominal part, Doctor did ultrasound. my report is as under:

Uterus: is A/V , measuring 72*43*50 mm. No focal lesion is appreciated.
Endometrium:  is not thickened measuring 10 mm.
Adnexae:  No adnexal pathology is appreciated.
Ovaries:  Rt overy measures 40*20 mm.
Lt overy measures 35*13 mm.
Cul De Sac:- Minimal free fluid is appreciated.


Impression Suggested: Minimal free fluid in Cul de sac.


please tell me what are possible reasons for this result. what is it mean? What r precautions ? is it dangerous?

It looks to me like all is pretty normal!  The fluid could be from a normal cyst formed during ovulation bursting.....they can cause some pain and that is probably what you felt.
If this was my report I would not be concerned.....if you are still worried, I would suggest you call and speak to either your doctor or his nurse.  They don't want you to be worried.

IM JUST 24 NOW MY DOCTOR FINDING IS MINIMAL CUL DE SAC ,THE CEVIX IS CLOSE WITH NABOTHIAN CYST?WHAT DOES IT MEANS?I AM SO WORRIED ABOUT IT,,SOMEONE YOU CAN ANSWER MY QUESTION
