Recurrence of ovarian cyst

I was diagnosed as having ovarian cysts in my both my ovaries last year. I had a laprascopy done last September and have been on Zoladex ever since. I stopped taking Zoladex (Injection) last month and had a sonography done last week. To my surprise, the USG revealed that my right ovary still had a cyst (although smaller than the one I had last time). I'm surprised the cyst came up since I had my periods only last month (after 5 months). How big is 4.4 X 2.5 cms.

What are the options I have now?
