Restaging ovarian cancer stage 3c

Results from Pet scan showed the following:  interval improvement in underlying carcinomatosis.  Mild abnormal hypermetabolism corresponds to a soft tissue nodule along the antimesenteric boarder of the descending colon on image # 145.  No other areas of abnormal hyermetabolism are appreciated within the abdomen, pelvis or retroperitoneum.  No ascites is appreciated.  This was a full body scan.  This was after my second round of 7  carbo taxol.  Also it is the best scan I ever had since 2005.   Wanted your opinion on it, also should I be worried about the image #145?
Thank you in advance.  I always appreciate your imput!

Also, if your CA 125 is normal, I would repeat the CA 125 monthly to make sure it is not rising.
