Right adnexal mass?

Right adnexal mass?

I am 44 years old. History of Papillary Thyroid cancer 2009.  c/o right flank pain and was found to have microscopic hematuria.  Renal ultrasound done which showed right lobe mass and right pelvic mass lesion.  Had pelvic MRI which showed no evidence of free fluid, heterogenous T1 and T2 dark lesion within right adnexa that appears to be contiguous with the fundus of the uterus- possible large exophytic uterine fibroid measures 4.7 x 3.3 x 4.0 cm. Bilateral ovarian simple appearing cysts. Pelvic/trans-vaginal ultrasound shows"adjacent to right ovary is a large adnexal mass with shadowing 5.3 x 3.5 x 3.9 cm and is close to the urinary bladder.  Compared to pelvic sonogram of 10/09 shows interval development of adnexal shadowing mass.  May represent solid tumor.  suggest CT for further evaluation."  CT shows uterus enlarged and lobulated and deviated to right. A left adnexal mass cannot be excluded on this exam., measuring 2.9 cm in greatest diameter........PCP referred me to Gynecologist but cant see for a week.  I don't know why CT doesnt report Right mass.  I only could have oral contrast because I am due next month for a whole body scan to monitor Thyroid cancer and am unable to have IV iodine contrast.  Would you recommend further testing and what?  What are the possibilities that these findings could represent?  I would appreciate your reply.  Thank you.

HI there,
while there is always another xray one can get, a growing complex cyst should be removed by surgery.

it sounds like you are getting very good screening and check
best wishes
