Rt Ovary cystic, what is its treatment

She is 25 years old and married about 7 years ago. After birth of her 2nd baby, she started use of Intra-conceptive Injection each with 2 months' interval. She stopped use of these injections after 5 dosages as we had decided to conceive. She consulted the doctor, who advised her Tab. Azithromycin 250 mg ( 1 + 1 ) 7 days and Clycin = Vaginal Cream (+1) 6 days as well as the some clinical tests, reports of which are as under:

BLOOD SUGAR
Blood Sugar (Random) 84, RENAL FUNCTION TEST Serum Urea : 23, Serum Creatinine 0.9

HAEMATOLOGY REPORT, BLOOD CP
WBC Count 9700, RBC Count 4.30, Hemoglobin 13, Hematocrit 38.9, MCV 90.4, MCH 30.4,
MCHC 33.4, Platelets 206000

Differential Count: Neutrophils 73.4, Lymphocytes 25.6, Mixed Cells 2.0

REPRODUCTIVE SEX HORMONES ANALYSIS

Follicular Phase, 2nd Day (dated 11 March 2008), LH : 2.9 IU/L  - FSH :  11.4  IU/L & Prolactin : 5.2 ng/ml,
Luteal Phase, (22nd Day) (31 March 2008) Progesterone: 12.5 ng/ml

PELVIC ULTRASOUND

Uterus appears normal in size, shape and contour. Uterus size = 79 x 35 x 53 mm. It is anti-averted in position.

No intra or extra-uterine mass is seen.
Left Ovary is normal. In Right Ovary a cystic lesion is noted which measures 25 x 27 mm.

Important DD include  - matins follicle  - Haenonhegic cyst – (spellings may incorrect)

Advice : Review after 4 weak

SECOND ULTRASOUND AFTER 8 WEAK

Follicles measuring 35 x 45 mm largest measuring 25 x 32 mm seen in my Right Ovary.


What is treatment for removal of such cystic? Is there any one who may help me and suggest medicine for treatment of ovarian cyst?

Hi There,
thank you for your complete information. I actually think all of the tests are within the normal range. I would not reccomend removal of that cyst. It sounds like a cyst of ovulation.
