HELLO EVERYONE, IT'S BEEN A WHILE SINCE I'VE POSTED. I AM STILL HAVING PROBLEMS. I HAVE STABBING PAINS IN MY GROINGroin lump Groin pain Groin stretch Jock itch Swollen lymph nodes in the groin AREA, NAUSEA, CRAMPING,PROLONGED PERIODS HEAVIER THAN NORMALNormal saline flush, AND SWOLLENSwollen glands ABDOMEN. I WENT TO THE DR'S BECAUSE I NEEDED A REFERRAL TO OBGYN/ONC. THEY RULED OUT EVERYTHING EXCEPT FOR MULTIPLE CYSTS(WHICH ARE SO BAD YOU CAN'T SEE MY OVARIES) AND ENDO. THEY HAVE ME ON 2 TYPES OF PAIN MEDS 1 I TAKE IN THE AM AND THE OTHER I TAKE THROUGHOUT THE DAY. I GO BACK TO SEE THE DR THIS FRIDAY TO CHECK ME ON THE PAIN MEDS AND I SEE THE GYN/ONC ON JUNE 29TH. THE GYN TOLD ME THAT HYSTERECTOMYHysterectomy Hysterectomy - series/BSO WAS MY ONLY OPTION WHICH I'M OK W/ SINCE I CAN'T HAVE CHILDREN ANYMORE. I HAD MY TUBES TIED WHEN I WAS 21 NOW I'M 27. THE GYN THINKS THAT MY TUBALEctopic pregnancy Gynecologic laparoscopy Tubal ligation Tubal ligation - series COULD HAVE CAUSED ENDO, WHAT DO YOU THINK?
ANY REPLIES WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
I know there's a theory that other abdominal surgeries can 'spread' endometrial cells to other areas of the abdomen. So maybe that's what your doc was talking about.
