STUPID UROLOGIST!!!!!

I am going to kick my urologist....he finally returns my call and....oh yeah by the way you do have a cyst on both your left kidney and your left ovary....(BOTH TYPES OF CANCER RUN IN MY FAMILY)  NOW he wants to do ultrasound of kidney, and "I would defer you to your gynecologist for the ovarian cyst"  How F---ing long was he going to wait to tell me this stuff????  I had to read it in my report myself???

I feel your pain and frustration, but now you know and let's move on from there.  Make sure that your gyn gets a copy of that report too.  Godspeed

Oh man, I hear you, they treat us like hamsters or something. How long did he wait to talk to you? My dr was sent the report 2 days after my surgery and I had to go to the office, phone pathology, have them fax it to the office and then give it to me, two weeks later. If it makes you feel any better, I had cysts on my ovaries off and on for 30 years, believe it or not. My dad has had cysts in his kidneys for years too.  So DO NOT PANIC.  Which is easy to say and not easy to follow, I know. Do you have a good gyne you trust?
Try not to leave any marks on him, ha ha
