Safe to take Chromium Picolinate

I was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer stage 1c (clear cell) and had surgery 2 yrs ago with chemotherapy.  I'm very gratelful to be doing well.  I've gained weight and I'm always hungry (emotional eater).  Was wondering if its safe to take Chromium Picolinate to try to curb carbohydrate cravings?

Hi Karen,
I think you should talk with your doctor.  You'd want to make sure it didn't interfere with any meds you may be on.  Also, maybe a nutritionist could help you with some kind of food options.

I also had clear cell carcinoma , I put on a lot of weight and ended up with type 2 diabetes . I take Chronium Picolinate and have done for the past year to help balance my blood sugar . I take it in the drop formula .
