Septa (septation) in cysts.

Is it bad to have a clear fluid filled cyst with a septation in it. What exactly is a septa? Like a wall?

Have other poeple had these?

Yes, my mass had numerous septations. The term does mean 'walls' or 'separations.' They are not necessarily a sign of malignancy. My mass was huge, but benign.
Good luck!

My cyst also had a septation, which was benign.  I was also concerned when the doctor told me about the septation, but things worked out just fine for me, and I am sure they will for you also.  Kasie
