Sertoli Leydig Re-Occurance

Does anyone in here have info on the reoccurance of ovarian cancer-sertoli leydig, i am unsure how to go about the treatment procedure on my 2nd time around.

I had the sertoli leydig cell tumor on the ovary and I had my first tumor removed along with my ovary. 11 months later it grew back on my other ovary. So yes it can grow back but it always dosent
