Several solid cysts on my right ovary

I had u/s that revealed several solid cysts on my right ovary, ca 125 was 61, endometrial thickness was 13mm, had an endometrial biopsy that was beign(which means nothing to me). The GYN still wants me to come back to talk to me, about what I don't know. She said the cysts will not go away on their own and that I am in the worrisome catagory for her! She said she can't rule out ovarian cancer! I am so confused, because she has said several things that have made it sound like she is contradicting herself. I ask her write down all the info, but she said she would dictate a letter to GP. I feel she is hiding something from me, or not telling me everything. Am I confused or just crazy! I keep thinking maybe I should just ignore this and it will all go away!!!!!!

Anything solid should be removed regardless.  It's good that your endometrial biopsy was benign but you still have solid cysts on your ovaries.  Ignoring them is not going to make them go away.  I had a grapefruit sized complex cyst on my ovary and it was removed along with my ovary and tube.  Fortunately, it was benign.  Please don't ignore this.

I don't think the doc is trying to hide anything from you. It seems that she just does not have all the answers yet. Unfortunately she will need a biopsy before she knows for sure what you are dealing with. Please don't ignore this. Most cysts are benign, but if it is not then time is important. Early diagnosis and treatment increase our chances of survival immensely. I wish you the best and pray you get well soon. Marie
