Severe lower right abdominal pain

I am having severe pain in the lower right quadrant of my abdomen. It is isolated to one small circle feels like where my ovaries are, and ocassionaly in the upper right abdomen just above the waist line. I have been on birth control for months taking them daily. When ever I put pressure down on my right foot it does hurt worse. I have taken a urine sample and it came back completly normal. No UTI's or Bladder infections,no pregancy. My major concern is maybe a ruptured cyst or bleeding. but my mother use to have the same pain in her right side and she just had a complete hystercetomy for ovarian cancer. Any suggestions or what it could be?

I had my ultrasound done--they found a large cyst or tumor on my right ovary about the size of a lemon---it has bleed out in itself unkn at this time if it is going to go away. My doctor keeps refering to it as a demroid although I do not really know what that is. We are going to wait until the end of this month to see if it goes away. hopefully if it is a cyst it will take care of itself i am so afraid that if it doesnt then I will have to have surgery and I wont be able to have children. That is really my biggest concern that I wont be able to have children

I just had surgery on Friday for abdominal swelling and pain.  My doctor removed my left ovary becuase it had a solid cyst on it that could not be drained or removed in itself.  I hope you have seen a doctor about your condition.
