Should I be concerned?

Hello,

I have multiple cysts on my ovaries, and am having pain in my right pelvis.  I have had a transvaginal ultrasound and an MRI, and a CA125 test which is at 11.  First, what does the CA125 being at 11 mean?  I understand the test is 0-100...so I am assuming anything above 0 means something, but is it okay?  The nurse who informed me of my test results said they don;t worry about anyone under a result of 35.  Should I stop worrying about this?  No one can figure out why I am having pain.

Any info would be appreciated...
