Should I be worried?

I'm 32, almost 33 and I've been having nausea problems for over one year. They would only last a day or two and then go away completely for a couple of weeks. This passed November they came back much worse.  Now they don't go away at all. My doc did blood work in May of 2011 and tested for lupus, diabetes, etc. everything came back normal. During the summer everything seemed better and then in November returned. He scheduled an ultrasound of my gallbladder, liver, and kidneys on the 16th and everything came back fine. This monday the 23rd I had a hidascan done, it's definitely not my gallbladder. On tuesday I went to him and let him know that my nausea had calmed down alot, but my new problem was that I have been very bloated 24 hours a day with or without food (started around 3 weeks ago). He scheduled an ultrasound of the uterus and ovaries for yesterday. The tech said that everything looked normal, I know that it's only been 24 hours since the test, but i still don't have results yet and i'm trying to be calm about this, but I have 3 young children and I'm terrified that even if this test comes back negative that in a month or so I'm going to end up positive. :(

I forgot to mention that for the passed three months my periods have been starting with two to three days of brown spotting before becoming normal. When I told my GP this he said that's a question I should ask my obgyn.
