Size of Neoplasm/Cyst

I am 37 and there is no history of Ovarian or Breast Cancer in my family.  I have no children, nor have I ever been pregnant, and I took Birth Control pills for around ten years.  Recently, a transvaginal ultrasound was performed due to some spotting and a family history of fibroids, it has revealed that I have a cyst in my left ovary that has septations consistent with a neoplasm or Dermoid cyst.  The radiologist report indicated the cyst was 4.4 cm x 8 cm. Additionally some small fibroids were present as were some some small simple cysts on th eright ovary.

My questions are:

Is there any connection between the simple cysts on the right ovary and the larger one on the left; does the presence of the small ones make the larger one more likely to be malignant?

Also all the things I have been reading talk about the diameter of a cyst which infers a more spherical shape.  Mine however is oblong so in and of itself does the shape indicate anything? That is to say does not being a spherical shape mean it is more likely to be malignant? And how does mine coorelate to a diameter; is it considered to be 8 cm as that is its maximum measurement?  I have read that anything larger than 6 cm, and in some places 10 cm, is more likely to be malignant I am wondering how that coorelates to a cyst that is 4.4 x 8 cm.

Thanks for any information you can provide.

I have been doing some research on ovca as i have been told i have a hypoechoic lesion 1.5 cm x2.5 as well as fibroids. i can find very little information on hypoechoic lesions of the ovaries. this indicates something solid i believe and have to wait to see a gynocologist to determine if warrants further investigation. was this word ever used to describe your cysts?

I have not heard the term; hypoechoic lesion , in reference to my cyst.  Terms like septations, neoplasm, possible dermoid are what I recall from the radiology report.
