Slight increase CA125, cysts/vag ultrasound

You answered many questions on CA125 & I am still confused. What amount of increase constitutes a "trend" for concern? What test takes precedence? My mom is getting mixed messages from doctors adding to our concern. Mom is 69 with uterus (only) hysterectomy 30+ years ago for fibroids--no symptoms following, both ovaries left in tact & functioning, on Premarin for 20 years tapered now to 0.3mg 3x wk. (Other meds: Ziac,DynaCirc, Lipitor,Avapro & Tylenol
