Sonogram results crenated cyst

I need some help understanding my sonogram results. They're below. If anyone can help me understand..

Trans abdominal
"Anteverted uterus measuring 9.1 x 4.6 x 6.1 cm. Endometrium, 14 mm. No myometrial masses. No free fliud in the cul-de-sac.

The right ovary measures 2.9 x 2.1 x 3.7 cm. Left ovary not seen. No left adnexal region mass.

Transvaginal
The endometrium measures up to 1.8 cm. This is abnormal. No myometrial mass is seen.

The right ovary measures 3.6 x 2.1 x 2.6 cm. The left ovary measures 3.7 x 2.6 x 2.9 cm. There is a partially crenated cyst in the left ovary measuring 1.7 x 1.5 x 1.9 cm. Previously this area measured 1.9 x 1.4 x 1.8 cm. No other abnormality.

IMPRESSION:
STABLE SLIGHTLY THICK WALLED CYSTIC AREA IN THE LEFT OVARY.

Hi there,
The interpretation of x rays needs context. So a finding maybe normal for a 23 year old right before her period but abnormal in a 70 year old who has not had a period in 20 years.

if you are premenopausal, these findings are all probably normal. if you are post menopausal, the lining of the uterus is thick (normal in a postmenopausal women is less than 6-8 mm)
if you are premenopausal, the cyst may represent a resolving cyst of ovulation.
Both ovaries and uterus are normal in size.

just got my results of my pelvic mri can you please explain to me i have a 3.3 cm cyst in the right adnexa and also a few subcentimeter cystic structures in the cervix representing nabothian cysts and probable posterior dis protrusion at L4-L5 without signigicant spinal stenosis or neural foraminal narrowing please help me understand this   thank you
