Spreaded to Liver

Dear Dr:
my mother was diagnosed with Ovarian cancer (stage III) in 2003, had a surgery to removed the ovaires. then continue chemo with CA125 test every 3 months, until 2007 she had a growth again in her abdominal which was removed and identified as one ovary. and contiuned chemo until July 2009, again her CA125 leavel increased to 55, did a CT scan found nothing., last week she had another CA125 which was 355 and she complained a pain in a right side of the stomach. with the CT scan doctor found a swell and a growth of 8mmX6X8mm in her liver, doctor changed her chemo which kind of reacted with light fever,
Please help me to see what option she has,

Diagnosed in 2003, she's in her sixth year.  She's done really well.  It appears that her doctor knows what he is doing.  Here's hoping she will continue to fight this disease off with the help of her doctor and chemo treatments.

My best to you and your mom.

Thanks, she is fighting with the cancer, but i felt bit puzzle with the new chemo she is getting, when i checked in the internet it was mainly given to patients of lung or pencreate cancer.
