This article is good and I also like the website. You can find out what drugs are being used now in clinical trials, etc.

Thanks for sharing the article.  I recurred last May (after almost 5 years), and had a second surgery to remove 3 small implants.  It was very successful, followed by 6 rounds of taxol/carbo, and am now on a years' maint. program of Taxol only (1/2 way through)  My onc. tells me there is much hope and progress in this approach. Of course, we have to have a little bit of luck and a lot of help from the Man above to get through it; but that being said, I really do believe there are so many more choices being offered to those of us who battle this disease. God Bless :)  Judie

In doing my research I have found that a lot of emphasis is on OVCA at the present time. Almost all researchers are working on some phase of  either a treatment or an early detection. As you say, there are many choices now.  I am very optimistic now for Leslee's chances of a long life.  Compitition is driving them on, the first will be heralded by women of the world.
