Surgery tomorrow

So tomorrow is finally the day. I will have what is now a 22 cm complex fluid filled ovarian cyst removed . If it is benign I hope to keep my other ovary. Everything else goes but hope to keep the one ovary for the natural hormones. Any thoughts on this? Good idea to keep one? I have no history of problems like this. Jumped right in with a huge cyst. Have no idea how long it has been there. OVA 1 test did come back elevated but I guess this is not always accurate. I am 44 with 2 kids. No need for any of these parts at this time...just thought it would be healthier. Also if it is borderline or more - they do take everything.
