Suspect I might have it

I am a 14 year old girl and I am VERY interested in medicine. I had been curious as I had been having some rather random symptoms lately. I was recently diagnosed with constipation, but I have never shown signs of constipation before and I have an honest feeling that it's just the beginning. I am nauseous all the time (no, I am not pregnant), I get randomly dizzy, my stomach hurts all the time, it feels like something or someone is always sitting on my stomach (that's the best way to describe it), my pelvis has been killing me lately (and not just during my time of the month, I apologize if that was too TMI), a persistent lack of energy, and a sudden loss of appetite. I am normally not the type of person to flip out about a paper cut or think it's a tumor if I get a headache. But my paternal grandmother had ovarian cancer and I just want all bases to be covered. I'm scared to bring it up with my dad because he'd think it was his fault if it was true. Also, not sure if this relates or anything, I also have asthma and migraines.
