Sympoms?

Sympoms?

A brief history; within the past 18 months, I have had numerous paps, colposcopies, a LEEP, a sonohystogram, and an endometrial ablation (Novasure). The Leep was to treat moderate/severe dysplasia and the ablation to treat the many years of DUB (dysfunctional uterine bleeding) that could not be controlled by other means. I also have a simple ovarian cyst on my right ovary, but my left ovary could not be found on a transvaginal ultrasound.

Recently - within the past 3 months - I am experiencing constipation, bloating, lower right abdominal pain, and the most annoying - lower back pain. The lower back pain is like a toothache, just a constant gnawing. I am thinking the lower right abdominal pain is a result of the cyst, but my bowel changes and lower back pain are concerning me. They both came on pretty suddenly.

After last visit to my GYN/ONC, I was cleared to wait a year before the next visit ( which I also struggle with since I am still having abnormal paps ), so I am debating whether or not to bring the above symptoms to my GYN/ONC's attention or not. Any advice? I also have an annual physical in 3 weeks; so perhaps mention it to my general practitioner?

Thanks for any feedback.
