Symptoms and Conditions

I am 53 years old and have over last several months had symptoms of nausea, indigestion, gas, constipation, diarrhea, which I associated with stress.  Over the last several weeks I noticed my breasts enlarged as though I am pregnant and now my lower abdomen is enlarged as well.   I hadn't had period or spotting in about 6 months now (menopause proceeding), but about 3 weeks ago was bleeding heavy for several days and have spotted since then.   I have thought pregnant, or ectopic pregnancy, but pregnancy tests are normal (I have IUD).   Am now concerned about ovarian cancer, but still notice my breasts are tender and enlarged.   I have an ultrasound scheduled but am concerned and confused and wondering what the possibilities are.   My internist ran a CA125 and it is negative, as well as the pregnancy blood test; but he agrees my abdomen does not look "normal".   I have weighed 120-125 lb range for almost 25 years now and weigh that now, but with the distended abdomen, broader hip/abdomen girth.  My husband of 33 years died 3 years ago, and I am now engaged to someone I've dated 15 months -- but don't "want" to be pregnant at my age (my doctor suggested people develop pregnancy symptoms by "wanting" them.   Your opinions are greatly appreciated.
